A National NGO for Health & Rights
OEM is a national non-government organization established in 2015, working to promote health, human rights and wellbeing of citizens, with a particular focus on teen mothers, disabled children, children from poor families, PLHIV, and other key and vulnerable populations.
The organization is decentralized to the district level and is committed to promoting, coordinating, and building the capacity to effectively intervene in health promotion, socio-economic empowerment, inclusive education, advocacy, access to justice and other programs to improve the quality of health services and the living conditions of communities.
OEM operates in 10 districts of Rwanda and is willing to expand operations regionally and internationally. OEM partners with both national and international organizations.
